Add A Node
Nodes will be scanned periodically. Geolocation and features will be identified during scanning (CORS, IPv6, Tor, I2P).
You can automate this process using curl.
curl -q -X POST https://monero.fail/add -d node_url="${NODE_URL}"
There has been an influx of malicious nodes hosted by chain analysis and government agencies which spy on Monero users. Some of them may be in this list - it's impossible to know. To best protect yourself from surveillance please use Tor or run your own node.
To learn more about the surveillance issue, watch this video: How Monero Users Get Traced

To find healthy nodes near you, go to Find Nodes. Requires JavaScript.
There are 1428 mainnet Monero nodes in the database but 214 nodes stored with the current filters.
Of those, 12 nodes failed their last check-in (unresponsive to ping or over 1500 blocks away from highest reported block).
Showing healthy nodes 200-300 of 202 total.
